KAYAK & SPORTS SUMMER CAMPS
July 7-11 & August 4-8, 2025
AGES 7-15
In 2025, KKZ will organise 2 summer kayak & sport camps. These action packed 5 day non-residential holiday camps are suitable for children aged 7-15 with and without prior kayaking experience.
During the camps children will be introduced to water safety and flatwater kayaking, along with other sports and team building activities. Participants are all encouraged to try children’s single, double, and 4 person racing kayaks with the week culminating in a mini-regatta.
The camps run from Monday to Friday from 08:00-16:00 in Most na Soci, Slovenia. Non-Slovenian residents are welcome to join the camp just for a single day.
Instruction for the camp is in English & Slovene, with plenty of opportunities for the kids to practice English with a native English speaker.
ACTIVITIES
Flatwater kayaking is the focus of the camps, however we also offer a wide variety of activities on land as well. These include:
- water safety quiz
- team building games
- mini Olympics
- hiking
- football, volleyball, badminton, frisbee and other sports
- swimming
- art activities
- card and board games

Places in the camp are limited to a total of 30 children. To reserve a place for your child, please register now.
No prior kayaking experience is necessary to join the camp, however all children participating in kayaking activities must pass the KKZ capsize test. If they fail the test, or don’t wish to kayak, they are still welcome to join all the activities on land.
