At KKZ we work together to reach shared goals on and off the water. We actively form collaborative partnerships and programs with athletes, teams, and organisations from Slovenia and abroad, and crew boat training forms an important part of all training programs.
Excellence is a mindset required to achieve success in high levels of competition. Athletes in our High Performance Program make a daily commitment to achieving excellence.
Paddling is a sport that can be enjoyed by everyone. Through our PPGP program we aim to maintain a competitive team with at least 50% female athletes.
KKZ encourages lifelong participation in sport, welcoming people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels.
From how the club runs to the athletes training programs, KKZ strives to push the sport forward by implementing innovative practices and concepts.
Developing technical proficiency and movement efficiency stand central to the KKZ coaching approach.
Every athlete is on their own path so at KKZ we tailor our programs and equipment to the different abilities and goals of our athletes.
KKZ members play by the rules and treat team mates and competitors with respect at all times.
