TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
At KKZ we offer different types of membership depending on how you want to be involved with club activities. Most of our members select yearly club membership + a monthly training plan.
If you prefer to train alone, or just store your kayak with us, you’ll find all our options below.
Yearly club membership is required for all people using club facilities over the age of 14, all athletes who wish to compete, and all athletes <14 yrs who have a monthly training plan.
Gym use & boat storage are included for all members on a monthly training plan.
To register for the Kids Summer Camp, the Girls Training Camp, or one of the 3 day Paddling Clinics, please fill out the online registration forms on the program pages.
YEARLY MEMBERSHIP
Fee: €30 per year
Yearly Membership Includes:
- Official KKZ membership
- Registration with the National Federation
- Right to compete for KKZ at local and international competitions
- KKZ Club T-shirt
- Right to vote at the annual general assembly
- Reduced fees for all club programs and events for Slovenian residents
MEMBERSHIP + BOAT STORAGE
Fee: €100 per year
This membership type includes all the benefits of yearly membership + boat storage of a personal kayak. It is suitable for athletes who already have their own kayaks but don’t want to join a regular training program.
YEARLY MEMBERSHIP + GYM
Fee: €150 per year
This membership type is suitable for non-paddlers who would like to use our gym facilities (outside of regular training hours).
MEMBERSHIP + GYM + BOAT STORAGE
Fee: €200 per year
For those people who would like to make use of their own kayak + our gym facilities without joining a training program.
TRAINING PLAN FEES
Monthly & Casual Training Plans
All monthly training plans include expert coaching from one or both of our coaches. The monthly training fees exclude competition entry fees, travel and any accommodation.
Members have the option to be billed monthly or quarterly. We offer a 20% family discount on monthly fees for families with more than one person training.
The fees listed below are for members living permanently in Slovenia. For more information about international athlete fees, please contact us.
MONTHLY TRAINING PLANS: 14+
For athletes 14yrs and over
- High Performance Program: €40 p/m
- Senior Competition Program 4-6 sessions per week: €50 p/m
- Senior Competition Program 2-3 sessions per week: €40 p/m
- Adult or recreational 1 session per week: €20 p/m (includes all equipment)
HP & Senior Competition athletes must have their own boat, paddle, & GPS watch
MONTHLY PLANS <14 COMPETITION TEAM
For Junior Competition athletes between the ages of 8-14
- 3-4 sessions per week: €40 per month
- 2 sessions per week: €30 per month
- 1 session per week: €20 per month
Fee includes use of club boat, paddle & lifejacket
MONTHLY PLANS <14 NON-COMPETITION
For kids aged 7-14 yrs who don’t want to compete
- Kids all year, Kids kayak school summer, Kids winter program – 1 session per week: €20 per month
- Kids all year, Kids kayak school summer, Kids winter program – 2 sessions per week: €30 per month
- Kids strength training (9-14 yrs), 1 session per week: €20 per month
All necessary equipment is provided
OTHER PLANS
Casual Attendance Multi-session pass 7-14 yrs for kids who don’t want to attend sessions for the whole season.
- Kids kayak school summer drop-in pass for 10 sessions: €60
- Kids winter program drop-in pass for 10 sessions: €60
Monthly unlimited club boat & gym use outside of regular club training hours. 16+ yrs
- Unlimited club boat use, no training plan: €20 per month
- Unlimited club boat + gym use, no training plan: €30 per month
BECOME A MEMBER
Membership paperwork
To become a KKZ member or participate in a regular KKZ program the following 3 forms need to be completed. Printed and signed forms should be returned to the clubhouse, or emailed to info@kajakklubzlatorog.com.
- REGISTRATION – online form with essential information including emergency contacts, program selection, and payment details.
- KKZ MEMBERSHIP – printed form for KKZ membership
- KZS FORM – printed form for national federation membership
